Welcome to Trip Planner. By accessing our website and booking our glamping services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use.

Booking & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. To confirm your stay, a minimum deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be cleared at least 7 days before the arrival date.

• Payments can be made via Credit/Debit cards, UPI, or Bank Transfer.
• GST will be applicable as per Government regulations.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation charges are as follows:

• 15 days before arrival: Full refund (minus processing fees).
• 7-14 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total amount.
• Less than 7 days: No refund.

Guest Responsibilities

As we are located in eco-sensitive zones, guests are expected to follow the "Leave No Trace" principle. Any damage to property or tents will be charged directly to the guest.

• Smoking inside the tents is strictly prohibited.
• Loud music is not allowed after 10:00 PM to respect nature and other guests.
• Possession of illegal substances is strictly forbidden.

Liability Disclaimer

Trip Planner is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to personal belongings during the stay. We advise all guests to have valid travel insurance.
